Three days before the Change of Seasons, Naeyan, one of the twelve Illusions, finds out that his Truth and counterpart, Saiell, was not only one of the Spellbinders. He was the one responsible for the beginning of the first war.
Now that someone is trying to restore the souls of the Nameless to their former glory, the Spellbinders must overcome eight hundred Seasons worth of obstacles and find the strength to fight again. Time is ticking out, and Naeyan must decide whose truth lies closer to his heart.
